Camp Cope is a great way to start out my day! I have NEVER been a morning person, and really didn't know if I would stick with an early morning workout. What I have discovered is that early morning exercise gives me more energy for the rest of my day. Lisa and Mary are great motivators!

Mary Cope - Certified Personal Trainer

Mary Cope Mary Cope, a.k.a. Commander Cope, is a certified personal trainer and fitness instructor. She is a graduate of the University of North Texas with a B.A. in communications.

She married in 1991 and has three daughters. It was after her third child that she begin to pursue her passion for fitness. Through her journey, she realized the challenges women face while trying to balance family, jobs, etc...and still have time to exercise.

"Taking care of yourself is what gives you the energy to do everything else! Women give so much of themselves to others. I am passionate about helping women find that balance through exercise and nutrition!"
